reviews. It cannot guarantee that a carrier will pass an audit, inspection, compliance review, investigation, or enforcement action.
The motor carrier remains responsible for safe operations, truthful records, required filings, and compliance with applicable law.
Privacy & Data Handling
The protected service may store account information, carrier information, driver and equipment records, compliance documents,
workflow history, communications, and other information users choose to enter. That information is used to provide account access,
compliance workflows, reports, document management, notifications, support, security, and related MotorCarrierPros.com services.
The service may rely on hosting, email-delivery, payment, or other service providers when those functions are enabled. Access to
protected company information is controlled by account type, assigned company scope, and permission level. Users should only upload
information they are authorized to maintain for the applicable carrier.
The public website may also collect limited first-party website statistics such as the public page viewed, date/time, broad traffic
source, and referring website host. MotorCarrierPros.com's simplified internal statistics feature does not store raw IP addresses or raw
browser/user-agent strings; an anonymous one-way session hash is used to estimate unique public browser sessions.

Users are responsible for keeping passwords and account-access links secure. Single-use invitation, sign-in, and password-reset links
should not be forwarded. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to
