Consultant Access
Independent Consultant accounts belong to outside compliance consultants who work with one or more carrier companies on the platform. Every consultant login sits in its own Independent Consultant account group, separate from customer and employee accounts.
Assigned Clients
An Independent Consultant's access level (1-10) controls application permissions and authority; it does not determine how many client companies are assigned. Client count comes from explicit consultant-to-carrier assignments. Level 1 is the highest consultant authority and Level 10 is the lowest, and every consultant remains separate from employee-only system access.
What Consultants Can Do
Within each assigned client company, a consultant works the same driver files, vehicle records, drug & alcohol program, and compliance documentation an in-house customer login would — scoped only to the companies they've been assigned to.
