Employee Access
Employee accounts are for internal Motor Carrier Safety & Compliance Consultants LLC staff. Unlike customer and consultant accounts, employee permissions are driven primarily by role, not just a numeric level:
Internal Roles
- President / Owner — full system access
- IT / System Administrator — full system access
- Senior Manager — internal management access
- Operations / Customer Service Manager — customer and operations tools
How Permissions Work
Each role carries its own permission set rather than a simple 1-10 scale — for example, President/Owner and IT/Admin roles have unrestricted internal access, while other roles are scoped to the tools their job actually needs.
Employee logins are internal-only and are not part of self-service registration.
